Integrated Account Management, Inc. was formed in December 2004, by its founder, John C. Parker and co-founder Marie L. Parker, as an affiliated services company to support the business activity of Professional Escrow Services, Inc. and Trustee Services of Alaska, Inc. 

 

Integrated Account Management gives Professional Escrow Services and Trustee Services of Alaska the ability to be a one-of-a-kind group of companies providing a full range of services, including escrow closing, note servicing, foreclosure administration, note purchasing and selling and real estate investment management.

 

We work with a diverse range of investor clients locally, regionally and nationally who invest in commercial, single family, multi-family and recreational properties in Alaska.

 

Using his diverse background in engineering, construction and real estate development our principal, John C. Parker, is able to evaluate investment opportunities and provide in-depth due diligence reports for our investors. This has led our company to have excellent investor client retention for seventeen years.
